Hi,

how do I show a clickable list of the newsletters that have already been sent in the past? I would like to show this list on the subscription pages so potential subscribers can judge if they want to subscribe.

Hi there.

if I add code to a CMS Staticblock in the editor (not WYSIWYG) and save it, it works fine. but if I go back into that same CMS editor, the code automatically changes. any idea how to stop this?

This is extremely frustrating....I’ve been at this for hours.  I have added new products and catagories and would like to know how to re arrange my products in order of importance.  I have followed many different methods to get this done and non of them have worked.

In other words, I have just created a new catagory and would like it to be seen at the top of the list, not at the bottom.

I have found this extension

However from the reviews it does not look like a good idea to install it.

I was wondering if anyone knows of an extension with this functionality?

I don’t really understand the logic of the newsletter module from magento

In “Newsletter Templates”, the customer can put some text and images etc with the WYSIWYG editor and some minimal css.
When adding this template to the “Queue Newsletter”, customer need to put again the content of the message in the editor, and this will overwrite the content from the first “newsletter tempates” template ??

Second. I need to style the full newsletter with background, images, etc, but i can’t find how to do that. There is nowhere to find out this.
Even searched for phtml for email layouts, but nothing for newsletter themselves.

Hi all,

I’m testing my current Magento install and whenever I get to the checkout process, I can never advance past the One Step Checkout page.  Regardless of which payment method I choose or which information I enter, Magento always displays an error saying “Please enter valid details below.”

Even if I choose a payment method that does not require any additional fields (like money order), Magento still rejects my order and refuses to prcoess it.  Am I missing something here?  Do I need to enable something else in the admin?

I am in the process of switching my company’s website to Magento. One of the things that we do is offer a free trial(we send a coupon snail mail) one per household/address.  The headache that we have always had is people trying to sign-up numerous times as well as other types of fraud.
My question, is there any way that I can set this free coupon up as a product in magento and then filter out all the duplicate entries/orders and only allow one per household?

Hello again,

I tried to delete orders in the backend but i can only set the status to “cancelled” and the order is still there.
How can I delete the order complete from the backend so that it isn’t shown anymore?
