Windows 11 Dell XPS 14 Network Connection Lost

We have a customer with a Dell XPS 14 9440 and a Dell Pro Smart Dock SD25 docking station. We have 2 locations and 2 subnets with 2 DHCP servers. The laptop that was previously used with Windows 10 showed no issues at all. Since switching to Windows 11, the second docking station, and the Dell XPS laptop, we are experiencing almost daily network dropouts (1–2 times per day) out of nowhere, and after restarting, the laptop often ends up in repair mode. We have already set up a new laptop (exact same model, 1:1), including a new user profile and a fresh operating system, but the problem persists.

The event log almost never shows anything that would indicate or help identify the issue, but I do have 2–3 entries that occasionally appear in this context. Teams is always open when the laptop is in use! Latest drivers/updates etc. are installed.

Dell and Microsoft support only provide standard Layer 1 support, which does not lead to any solution at all.
