I have no idea why this is happening but every time I try to open a folder it takes exactly 3-4 seconds to open. Any folder. It does not matter where it is on the drive. Every kind of disk activity is just really slow, even though I have an SSD, and an HDD raid. Yesterday everything was opening instantaneously. I tried looking this up on Google but the answers are only folder specific, but this issue happens to me on every folder and every drive. I don’t want to reinstall Windows again because of some obscure bug that has 0 documentation online. Please help me fix this, I have zero clue what is causing this. I already tried disabling the antivirus and checking for disk errors, defragmenting drives, it doesn’t work.
