background apps pause when locking WIndows 11 PC

The Hyper V machines appear to freeze when the host PC is locked. I have a Hyper-V Machine running with macros on it and it is on my Host Windows 11 PC, and whenever I lock my Host PC, it stops the Hyper-V machine from running the macros. When I unlock my PC, and open up the Hyper V, I see that it picks right back up where I left it when I locked it. I need the Hyper V to run on it’s own regardless of the host PC being locked or not.
