ffmpeg Documentation 18.19 setpts, asetpts

I tried to use the example in 18.19 setpts – Apply a random jitter effect of +/-100 TB units:
setpts=PTS+randomi(0, -100,100)

Doing so I receive the error:
Missing expression after ‘,’.

But which expression is ment?
