I think New PSU junk?

Upgraded my pc, new motherboard, chip memory,psu,ssd.
Got everything plugged in HD not spinning, CD/DVD drive clicks bad when cd inserted – shows up but can’t open drive, front USB3 not working and back ones seem slow.
Did get windows installed, checked drivers,bios all good.
Long story short (hours:( ) Have external power cable for external HD and plugged that into the HD and CD drive while in the pc WORKS FINE.
I think my PSU -Raidmax- is responsible for all these problems, right?

Forgot, checked voltage on molex,12v,3v??
