Why am I getting a notification I don’t recognize on Linux Mint?

I’m using Linux Mint and I am seeing this notification multiple times today and I’m not sure what it is or how to investigate any further. I’m not sure even where it comes from.

I tried filtering for this MAC on Wireshark but didn’t see anything relevant.

How can I figure out where this is coming from?
