Intel TxT Enable

I am somewhat new to the motherboard bios side of the computer world and I was in my bios of my computer and came across the setting for intel’s TxT (Intel Trusted Execution Technology). The setting was disabled but there was an option to enable and set to default, I think I may have set it to enabled and restart the computer:( I am now stuck in what I think is a boot loop, my monitors will not sense any input and none of my peripherals come on except my keyboard lights up but I have a wireless mouse and it never reads. I don’t have any signal outputs on my motherboard however as it was a prebuilt computer. I have tried to access bios with no luck and have reset the cmos battery multiple times, it temporarily turns on factory case lights that I disabled in bios but then they turn back off as if it still restores the setting. What are my options as far as seeing if there is a signal output or what to advance from here on? Thank you in advance!
