Blue screen of death when connecting to hotspot wifi

I am using lenovo Ideapad s145 with Windows 10 pro version 10.0.19045 and it has Realtek 8821CE network adapter
I have got a new phone and when i connect to the hotspot i get the blue screen of death with the error message “Kmode_Exception_Not_Handled – ndis.sys”
The problem is that it is working completely fine with my home wifi.
I tried reinstalling the drivers and downloading the latest one from the Realtek website but the problem presists.
I tried changing the bandwidth and the name of the hotspot and it worked for a moment but the problem came back.
I heard a beep code in the last two days when I searched it indicates a failed ram but the pc seem to work completly fine except when I use hotspot.
I never encountered this type of problem any kind of help is appreciated.
