Is there an indicator in the Picasa pmp files for face tags that have been marked “ignored”?

I’m using an application I wrote to check through my picasa database to identify albums with missing face tags or other quality issues. However there seems to be no indicator that I can find that identifies which automatic facetags were ignored (and therefore don’t need to be addressed) and those that haven’t. They both just show a personalbumid of 0.

Obviously Picasa is remembering which face tags you ignore in the app, because it doesn’t remove them from the database and it even gives you the opportunity to view them from the unnamed people tab. But I can’t find it, so right now the stats I can pull for my albums all look as if they haven’t been processed.

Help finding this information? Possibly in the db files and not the pmp files?
