We developed a custom payment gateway integration for Magento, but we’ve lost access to the connected account within the Magento Admin. We’re now unable to manage or update the plugin.
We’ve tried checking documentation and submitting support tickets, but haven’t had success getting a response.
We’re looking to regain access so we can move forward with publishing the extension on the Magento Marketplace.
If anyone has dealt with this kind of issue or knows how to get support from Adobe Commerce, your help would be greatly appreciated.
