Wikimedia has multilingual SVGs. How to handle this when exporting?

For instance, the example can be rendered in a webpage selecting a language, but I need to export it as a PNG for use in a LaTeX, but with text in Spanish.

Wikimedia offers a tool to add new languages and download the translated file, but all I get exporting is the original English.
