The reason is that Windows Server 2019 was installed on the second disk, then realizing this mistake, Windows Server was deleted from the second disk, and then it was reinstalled on the first disk, but, the EFI partition is still on the second disk. Therefore, it is better to move the EFI partition to the Windows Server disk so I can format the second disk and use it elsewhere. Both RAID disks are SSDs BTW.
