Modem port is not open when i try to verify

I have a ZTE modem and have it configured this way to host a Minecraft server.

But when I check https://canyouseeme.org/ the port appears to be inaccessible.

I still have my doubts with the server in itself, but if i configured my modem this way shouldn’t the port appear open?
