How can I move Microsoft Voice Access into a floating bar or whatever takes less space than then entire top bar?

I use Microsoft Voice Access in Windows 11 24H2 Pro, which replaced Windows Speech Recognition (WSR) for Windows 11 24H2 and later versions in September 2024.

When I open Microsoft Voice Access (CTRL+WIN+S), it opens in the top bar. That’s too much screen space for me. How can I move Microsoft Voice Access into a floating bar or whatever takes less space than then entire top bar?
