I was using a smart card on remote desktop (VMWare Horizon). But recently I was asked to activate Windows Jello for business for a while. However, after I turned it off reader diagnostic tool still shows 2 card readers and one of them is “Windows Hello for Business .1” This prevents some application from reading smartcard properly.
Could you tell how can I disable WHfB card reader device? I didn’t manage to find the correct one in the device manager.
