How to get a Genee interactive touch display (65GT-4k+) to work with my PC?

I bought a Genee interactive display (65GT-4k+). I’m trying to connect a PC to it but struggling to get the touchscreen to work with the computer.

All of the USB ports next to inputs are USB A, so I tried buying a USB A to USB A cable but not having any luck and struggling to find any information on the Internet. It’s a 65GT-4k+.

Not sure if anyone is familiar with them but thought I would at least try asking. Any ideas?
