So, here are some things I’ve tried:
Reseated CPU, RAM, PSU cables, CPU fan cable
Moved RAM to different slots, tried it with 1 ram stick and switched them
Reset CMOS
Removed SSD
Removed GPU
With or without the SSD it will constantly reboot, and when I tried to access the Windows setup on a USB it will show the windows logo for a few seconds and continue looping.
Mobo has no error lights or codes
I can sit in the BIOs screen without any shutdowns
