Connecting to VLAN through Ethernet

I’ve created VLANs for IOT and guest devices. Devices connecting over Wi-Fi work fine but I’d like to configure port 4 for Ethernet connected devices to connect to the Internet on the guest VLAN. I created a separate interface for port 4 to test but I couldn’t get ethernet connected devices to connect to the guest (192.168.4.1) network. Any help here would be appreciated.
