I did a clean install of Windows after formatting my laptop. I created the media as same as the installed Windows version (English) and later I installed Turkish language pack from settings. However I see the only partial of UI changed into Turkish. For example most of the Windows apps still in English. Settings by %70 in English. The old Control Panel is in English. I don’t want to re-format the laptop because I installed already my apps and documents. Is that a Windows bug that I cannot fix or there is a way to restore the untranslated parts?
