I have a NAS Folder mounted as drive letter V: on W11 Pro.
Whenever I delete a file on V:, Windows always shows the “Are you sure you want to permanently delete this file?” confirmation dialog.
My NAS already has its own recycle bin, so the Windows warning about permanent deletion is unnecessary.
I have solved this problem by put a Special User Folder on V: but W11 is very verbose when read V: and I stop that solution.
Is there any way to disable this confirmation dialog specifically for a mapped network drive ?
