I’ve been having this problem for a extremely long time. The problem is that DWM.exe for some reason while I am idling takes too much GPU, causing my computer to lag to hell
As you can see above, while VLC and Chrome take up a reasonable amount of GPU, DWM is just losing it while not doing no complex effects.
I know for a fact my computer has no viruses or anything of that.
