Hi I have deleted a local profile to which my external hard disc was connected to and was not asking for a password but later on deleted the profile to create two profiles for data management then I deleted the first profile now my external hard drive is not working on the other two profiles and it is not locked with the bitlocker just password that I used to login for the first time which was one month ago 5th of may that was and I don’t remember the password.

thanks for Ur reply.Sorry about that let me try again. Local profile on windows deleted as two new were created for proper data management Then deleted the first original one but external hdd drive was configured on it. Now external hdd unaccessible after deletion or original profile. How can I get it to work, no BIT locker just password. Password forgotten Drive was configured 5th may 2026. Profile deleted three days ago. Hope it makes sense now..
