Copy and paste a relative cell address inside quotes in INDIRECT

I have a formula that picks uses an INDIRECT reference to another worksheet
INDIRECT("'"&$B8&"'!" & "au$18:au$29"),0))

I want to copy and paste this formula into multiple columns and want the relative references au$18:au$29 to change accordingly (av$18:av$29, etc.)

Because it’s in quotes it doesnt change when I paste the formula. How do I do this without manually changing it for each cell?
