My mom did something to her laptop, and it will not start Windows. I tried to go to a restore point, but it says there are none. I tried to do a clean install, but it won’t work. I made a bootable USB drive with Windows 11. I can’t get it to boot from this drive. I am on this screen if someone could help me I would appreciate it!
