This morning i set up my alexa to send a give a message to my sister , When my sister woke up Alexa read the message to her but my sister wanted to send a message back ,AND alexa does send me a notification with the message that is sent back but, when i try to open the message like “Alexa read me my message” All she says is ” You have a message from (s/n / sister name)”
and does not proceed to say the message this problem has been on-going until now and she keeps repeating the “you have a message” i tried fixing from my phone , and restarting the alexa but it does not seem to work . Does anyone have a way to help or fix this problem?
