Asymmetric transaction rollback

I have one major issue that i do not know how to solve.

I am trying to create or update any product and i am getting Asymmetric transaction rollback. error.
It was working ok, but suddenly it stopped. I rolled back my site to a working state, started again uploading products and i got this error again.

I reindexed as i read but i got no luck. Can someone please assist?
