This is happening in Edge for sure (see gif). I think it’s happening in Visual Studio too but I can’t duplicate it right now. It’s driving me absolutely insane. Does anyone have a fix?
edit: I cannot find any settings in Edge that would cause this. I found this setting in Windows 11, but it was already disabled.
