BCD error – Windows doesn’t start

I have an old Dell Insparion with Windows 7 with some important files on it.

I was try to unistall Cyberlink Software but when clicking oin the control panel on Unistall, Windows was keep opening new “unistall windows” one after another.

It was impossible to close them.

So i switched off the computer, and then tryed again. But again the same problem occurred.

So I installed Revo software.

I run Revo software and after clicking on Unistall, Revo first created a system image (or restore point) can’t remember how it colled it.

After the restor point the unistall windows was open. And again, the computwr was opening one unistall windows after another, as before.

So I switched off the laptop again.

But when I turned it on the BCD error 0xc000034 appeared (see attachment).

I google it and I found the solution on the Dell website: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000179424/error-message-when-you-start-windows-the-windows-boot-configuration-data-file-is-missing-required-information-error-code-0xc0000034

the problem is that I don’t have the Windows Installation media.

Any suggestion, please?

I will be grateful for any help.
I hope it can be solved.
