Broken taskbar overflow on Windows 11 24H2 26100.4061

Having 5 apps and more than 20 windows opened, the overflow dots appeared right after the third app icon on a taskbar, leaving the rest 75% of the taskbar empty.

This taskbar overflow came up on Windows 11 24H2 after I copied a Windows 10 profile to that new Windows 11 computer, and Windows 10 profile had some toolbars like “Desktop” on the taskbar, I think, so the taskbar was slightly resized, which may have triggered the overflow without filling up the whole taskbar. You can see the border line right after the overflow menu (three horizontal dots).

Is there a way to reset taskbar settings besides creating a new profile? Another user on the same computer doesn’t have such problem, so I assume it is somewhere under HKCU or AppData of that particular user. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried switching all available settings under Personalization -> Taskbar ON/OFF, but nothing worked. I tried ExplorerPatcher – didn’t work either.
