I’m still pretty new to Magento overall… bear with me.
In our Magento Cloud (aka Adobe Commerce) we have multiple individual users, and then also a number of companies with company users.
If I have an individual, I can add them to a company and they are then converted to a “company user”. However, I cannot find a way to do the reverse and remove a user from a company, or more accurately… convert them back into an individual user?
I figured I could just go to the Account Information panel and remove the company, but there is no way to do that. It only lets you search for a different company.
Looking at Adobe’s documentation, it appears you can only delete a user out of company… you cannot convert them back.
I’ve submitted a support ticket to them as well, waiting to hear back…
