could i get a separate scroll wheel to attach to a keyboard or something like that?

I use a drawing tablet as a mouse for accessability, but not having a scroll-wheel can be an issue at times. Where/how could i get a separate scroll-wheel that I could use with my left thumb? It’d be mostly used for gaming, so I’d like to be able to reach it with my left thumb as a replacement for my space bar in certain games. Thanks in advance!
