I accidentally assigned product images as store view during csv import Like as base_image,small_image,thumbnail_image,swatch_image with store_view_code value. How can i unassing all image data from the store scope to use default value?

I’m getting this error when I do: "bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f" but the website works fine, what does it mean? I want to create a price rule, but instead of creating it from within the admin, I want to do it in either Setup/Patch/Data or do another way in backend. How can I accomplish this?
