I’d like to use the capslock key as a shortcut in RubyMine (InteliJ) but I don’t want to, you know, actually type in caps. I can obviously just map the caps lock key to no effect or some other modifier but that defeats the purpose. Is there a way I can leave the caps lock key mapped to caps lock but never have caps lock enable?
I’ve searched the questions on the site and while there are a bunch of questions asking how to map the caps lock key to some other function/key that’s the opposite of what I am asking. I want to leave it mapped to caps lock but just never have the caps lock feature set (or at least immediately disabled).
