Display tiered prices on catalog pages

Looking for an updated answer on this if possible, please. Using Magento 2.3.2.

We have configurable products, each with 3 or 4 configurations, and have tiered pricing set up on these configurations – Buy 2 and get 5% off, Buy 3 and get 10% off, and Buy 4 and get 20% off.

Is there any way to display the final tier (buy 4 price) of the lowest-priced (in stock) configuration as the price on the catagory page instead of the standard price, so we can say ‘As low as £x.xx’
