Ethernet not being used in arch

I am new to the network setup and stuff, I use iwd for wifi and that works well but ethernet does not work i have set it up via systemd but it still does not get used by my system. This is what it shows when I use iplink 26: enp0s20f0u2: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc fq_codel state UNKNOWN mode DEFAULT group default qlen 1000 link/ether X:X:X:X:X:X brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff altname enx2a2793246170
