Extremely slow M.2 speed on new PC

Drive model: ADATA Legend 970 Pro 2TB

Motherboard: MSI Pro Z890

OS: Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100

After reboot, on a “just-boot” system, read can show over 10GBps which is fine, but after a while it stays like this until reboot.
Disk temp is always around 72C no matter if its zero load or full load.
Task Manager shows zero load before benchmark and full load at ~170MBps while benchmark running.

Does this mean SSD in new build is dead? Feels like I miss some software stuff.
