I know very little about networking, please excuse my haphazard use of the nomenclature etc.

I will, as succinctly as possible describe what I know.
OSX and WINDOWS machines I own change. Literally the whole framework transforms into a computer I am no longer able to run my Audio DAW apps on.

My purpose:
I would like to prevent this from occurring anymore.

With this as my endgame, beginning Dec ‘18 I have become very familiar with the symptoms and the process that occur with well over 30 OSX-WIN laptops and desktops. To eliminate as many problem source variables as possible my research was done primarily on brand new, out of the box machines with freshly downloaded fully licensed, OEM software.

In the interest of brevity,
the OS new and operable, begins to introduce and soon becomes over run with the following recurring words, folders, users, processes, devices, services, apps, events etc.:

Installer/$PatchCache$/Managed/(HERE there are hundreds of 35 character files filled with numbered subfolders with GlobalContentSetup.exe

And with some digging:
CONFIGURATION PROFILE (iOS devices)
DOCKER CHROUP (on android)

YESTERDAY I DISCOVERED GOOGLE CLOUD CONSOLE and surprise,I have an account, (Same with Apple Developers) and
that the services Google Cloud offer for sale, do and produce in their descriptions, exactly what I’ve been observing and describing symptomatically for the last two years of my life.
This is the first exacting correlation of cause and effect regarding my devices I have found.
I was able to stumble around the cloud console, log explorer etc and take screen shots and some links. This morning, the all but one of the screenshots from last night remain (common experience) and I don’t know how to post it here. But I did note that late last night, a new series of stacked procedures and instructions had been enacted with a new name.

Can anyone please offer a procedure I may follow to retain my same apple and google accounts, and still use and retain said accounts?

As of now, I am locked out of most of the cloud console where I could see lots of my log data etc. I was able to save a few links I am no longer able to get access to.
I honestly do not know the relevance of these.
Are there any competent Cloud folks out there that can please offer a solution to the endless migration?
