High GPU Memory temperature on a laptop. Please help me figure out why [closed]

I have a Gigabyte Aorus 17X AZF laptop with NVidia RTX 4090.
Everything is fine, but I am very worried about the high temperature of the GPU Memory. It looks very strange but, as a rule, GPU Memory temperature is 15-20 degrees higher than the GPU temperature. This is under load, without load it is also higher but only by 3-5 degrees.
The GPU Memory temperature always reaches 92 Celsius under load and remains at this level.

This is the situation on all similar laptops. In reviews of this laptop on YouTube, other users have the same temperature of 92 Celsius during gaming.

In this regard, I have several questions:

  1. Why did laptop developers allow the GPU Memory to get so hot? Is GPU Memory really less susceptible to breakdowns from overheating and better able to withstand high temperatures?
I can’t shake the feeling that this was done on purpose.

  2. How harmful is a GPU Memory temperature of 92 degrees for this module with constant use?

GPU Memory 92 degrees
