How can I fix interference in an analog microphone?

My microphone produces interference when I use it.

When I speak other people hear interference. I use a microphone with XLR to a 3.5mm audio jack FIFINE K669D XLR. I watched some videos and think it’s because my power outlet doesn’t have a ground connection. USB microphones don’t have this problem.

Can interference be fixed by connecting the microphone to an audio interface with its own power supply such as the Behringer U-PHORIA UMC204 or FIFINE USB Audio Interface?
