This is my first post here so apologies if this is the incorrect use but I am very much in need of help.
I have a dietpi install on my raspberry pi running pi_video_looper (wanted to use raspbian but video looper would not work and kept showing a blank screen)
Now that I have my install working I want to ensure there is zero chance of things going wrong and was hoping to make the sd card read only
I used this hallard.me article I found to try and set my pi as read-only however I keep getting permission denied warnings even though I used sudo -i (Maybe that is also incorrect but I am very much a novice when it comes to terminal
Any help would be really appreciated in how to ensure my sd card is readonly
