I’m trying to organise my historic emails stored in Outlook (Office 365 subscription, also synced to Mac Mail). My goal is to:
- Use ChatGPT to suggest folders for email categorization.
- Have it flag emails for potential deletion or archival, but I want to manually approve these suggestions before taking action.
I have intermediate tech skills—I’m not a coder but can follow detailed instructions and run scripts. I also have a ChatGPT Plus subscription and am open to using integrations like Make.com if needed.
Has anyone done something like this? Are there tools, scripts, or workflows that could help me achieve this? Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated.
