How can we use OneDrive as a company file server

We presently have a file server in our server room (one of 3 boxes left). On it we have about 20 shares, each with different people or groups (via ActiveDirectory) that have access to the shares.

We all individually have our own OneDrive accounts as part of our Office subscription.

Is there a way to also have the company shares? And to have access set by our ActiveDirectory groups? If so, how?
