How do I stop automatic suspicious outgoing tcp/udp connection from my PC? [duplicate]

My computer appears to be infected with a trojan/malicious code which is raising automatic tcp connections from my PC to various suspicious hosts.

How do I stop this ?

Note : I have full version of Norton antivirus but the outgoing connections are still on & I’m unable to stop or disable this.
