Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposed a retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. The Retail Delivery Fee is $ 0.27 as per this:

Is there a simple way to add this into Magento or would this require a special extension to make it work possibly one of the extensions we already have from Amasty?
I read some articles on the Internet regarding this topic but none seem to have any kind of a solution.
