In powerpoint i can drag shapes to align to each other and to grid. I could not find this option in word. I added a drawing canvas and still not seeing such option. When i added one line, copy pasted it, and wanted to position the second line shape exactly to the right of the first one (at sane distance from top of the page), there were no guide lines to help make this happen.
