How to process Vivado ILA captured data for MATLAB bit accurate verification

I need to verify an HDL design using Vivado ILA. I have already captured 1024 samples.

Can somebody give out all the details (steps or commands) in order to pull out this captured data from ILA memory and save it into a .csv (or text) file for MATLAB fixed point bit accurate verification?
