How to read (and backup) files from a Seagate Black Armor 2 bay NAS (STBN8000100) after factory reset

I have a Seagate Black Armor 2 bay NAS (STBN8000100) with two 4TB drives that were running on RAID0.
The NAS was only running within a LAN (only a switch, no router) with a static IP address connected to a Windows computer.

After some time (about 2 years), the switch somehow broke / changed the default network (Don’t ask me how) and the NAS wasn’t reachable anymore. I played around with the Windows settings and IP scan tools, but neither didn’t get it to work properly nor found the NAS’ new IP address.

My next option was to reset the NAS via the hardware reset button which went ok and I was able to access the NAS menu within the browser again. However, the NAS now wants to format the drives to initialize itself again. I stopped the process and didn’t format the drives by now.

The question now is if there is an easy option to restore the data on the two drives that are combined on Seagate RAID0
