How to recover lost data from an encrypted Windows 11 install? [duplicate]

I recently had to reinstall Windows 11 on my laptop, so the hard disk has been overwritten. The disk was encrypted and has since been re-encrypted.

If I install Debian on it, is it still possible to recover lost files from Windows 11? If so, which tool(s) do I use?
