There’s lots of tips and tricks how to reduce your streaming bitrate but I couldn’t find no specific topics on how to control your overall bitrate using specifically VLC video source.
Basically the only options available for you those are your resolution screen (1024*768) and frame rate (48 fps in my case – since 30 fps been dropping the frames).
So how should I basically control my bitrate options if I don’t do any streaming but I’m only using VLC video source option instead?
